Seth Godin, in his book Purple Cow, shares about traveling through Europe with his family, captivated by cows they observe. After a while, the novelty of these cows wears off. He shares that what would have changed this “loss of awe” would have been if they saw a purple cow – something uniquely different from what they’ve ever seeen.

2. What would make people in the community take notice of your ministry?

3. What have you done as a leader lately that wasn’t “expected”?

4. Come up with 3 ideas you can incorporate into your ministry that will take those who attend, “off-guard”.
